1. DATA WE COLLECT

To ensure the app functions correctly and to personalize your experience, we may collect the following data:

• Name or Nickname: To address you within the app.
• Date of Birth (Optional): Used strictly for the "Memento Mori" feature (life weeks visualization). You can provide this at your discretion within the app.
• Game Progress: Level, rank, wisdom points, practice statistics.
• Authentication Data (Google/Apple/Telegram): If you choose to log in via Google, Apple, or Telegram, we receive your basic account data (such as email, name, and a unique identifier) to securely back up your progress and enable cross-device synchronization.
• Technical Data: Device ID for account synchronization.
• Third-Party Links: The app contains links to external resources. We do not collect data on your clicks, but external sites may use their own cookies.
• Bluetooth Connectivity: To discover, connect, and sync data with your "Stoic Stone" hardware device.
• Location Access: On certain Android versions, location access is technically required to perform Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning. We use this strictly for device discovery. We do not track, store, or share your physical location.
• Analytics & Diagnostics: We use third-party services (like Google Firebase) to collect anonymous diagnostic data (crash logs, device model, OS version) and app usage. These services process your IP address to determine approximate coarse location (city/country level). We do not track or store your exact physical coordinates.

2. HOW WE USE DATA

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Displaying your profile and statistics.
• Synchronizing progress between devices.
• Improving app stability, monitoring performance, and fixing crashes via anonymous diagnostic reports.

3. STORAGE & SECURITY

We use secure servers to store your progress. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.

We may share anonymous, non-identifiable technical data with trusted third-party analytics providers (like Google Firebase) solely to maintain and improve the app.

4. ACCOUNT DELETION

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time via the profile settings.

If you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing us at stoic.labs.dev@gmail.com.

This action is irreversible.

Terms of Service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

By downloading and using the Stoic Trainer app, you agree to these Terms. The app is provided "as is," without any warranties.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Stoic Trainer is a tool for self-development and mental training. The materials in the app are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. When performing breathing exercises or physical practices, you are fully responsible for your health. If you feel discomfort, stop the practice and consult a doctor.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, audio, design, and code of the app are the property of Stoic Trainer. Copying, modifying, or distributing content without our permission is prohibited.

4. EXTERNAL CONTENT (SYMPATHEIA)

The "World Herald" section provides curated links to third-party media. Stoic Trainer does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or its accuracy.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT & MEDIA

Some audio materials (including background music and meditation tracks) may be created using Artificial Intelligence technologies. These materials are provided for relaxation and focus purposes only. By using the "Audio Room" feature, you acknowledge that the app streams data from our servers, which may consume your mobile data traffic.

6. USER CONDUCT

We reserve the right to block access to users who attempt to hack the app, manipulate data, or violate community ethical standards.
